CS Content for Socials
Liverpool · Working UK-wide since 2019

Social that earns the second watch.

We run social media content for UK brands — short-form video, channel management, community and paid creative. Twenty-two people, four channels done properly, and an honest opinion about which ones you should quietly stop bothering with.

What we run

Six things, and we say no to the rest.

We are a social content agency. We do not build websites, we do not do PR, and we will tell you if what you actually need is neither of those and definitely not us.

🎬

Short-form video

The core of everything. Filmed monthly in batches, cut into 12–45 finished pieces, written for a hook that lands in the first second and a half.

  • Monthly filming days
  • Hook-first scripting
  • Every ratio delivered
  • Captions burned in
🗓️

Channel management

Planning, scheduling, posting and the unglamorous admin of keeping four channels alive without anyone in your team losing a Sunday to it.

  • Rolling 30-day calendar
  • Scheduling and posting
  • Trend monitoring
  • Approval workflow
💬

Community management

Comments and messages answered within four working hours, in your voice, by a named person who knows the difference between a joke and a complaint.

  • 4-hour response window
  • Agreed tone-of-voice guide
  • Escalation protocol
  • Sentiment reporting
📈

Paid social creative

Ad creative built to be tested rather than admired. Multiple hooks, multiple angles, and honest reporting on which ones died.

  • Creative testing matrix
  • Hook and angle variants
  • Static and motion pairs
  • Works with your media buyer
📸

Social photography

Stills shot on the same day as video, styled for grids, stories and paid placements, so nothing has to be cropped badly in a hurry.

  • Same-day capture
  • Grid and story sets
  • Product and team
  • Colour-matched to brand
📊

Reporting that says something

One page a month with three numbers that matter and a plain sentence about what we are changing next. No forty-slide deck, ever.

  • Monthly one-pager
  • Three headline metrics
  • What we are changing
  • Quarterly deep dive
Channels

Four channels, four different jobs.

Posting the same asset everywhere is the fastest way to perform badly in four places at once. Here is how we actually treat each one.

TikTok — reach you have not earned yet

The only major channel where a brand with two hundred followers can reach half a million people on a Tuesday. That makes it the cheapest place in UK marketing to find an audience, and the least forgiving of anything that looks like an advert.

  • Native, unpolished, filmed on a phone as often as a camera
  • Hook in the first 1.5 seconds or the view is already gone
  • Series formats that people return for, not one-off posts
  • Comments treated as content, because they are
  • Sound-on by default — audio choice does real work here

Process

Four steps, then it repeats every month.

1

Audit & plan

Two weeks looking at your channels, your competitors and what your customers actually ask. You get the audit whether or not you continue with us.

2

Filming day

One day a month, at your place or ours. We shoot broad — a single day reliably produces a month of short-form plus stills.

3

Edit & publish

Everything cut, captioned and scheduled against a rolling 30-day calendar you can see and change at any point.

4

Read & adjust

One page at month end: three numbers, one sentence on what we are changing. Formats that die get retired, not repeated.

Results

Three clients. Twelve months each.

Hospitality group

The 4am series

Six venues, no consistent social. We built one repeatable series about the parts of hospitality nobody films — deliveries, prep, the closing shift — and it outperformed everything glossy they had made.

  • Organic reach ×4.2
  • Bookings from social +64%
  • One series, 90 episodes
B2B software

Three people, not one logo

The company page had 1,400 followers and no reach. We moved everything to three named employees and stopped posting from the brand account almost entirely.

  • Reach +240%
  • Inbound demos +38%
  • 45 min of their time a month

Turning off two channels

They were on six platforms and thin on all of them. Our first recommendation was to abandon two entirely and put that effort into TikTok and email.

  • Output down 30%
  • Revenue from social +112%
  • Team hours back: 11/week

"They told us to delete two channels in the first meeting. We were annoyed for about a fortnight and then our numbers went up."

MDMarketing DirectorDTC homeware, Manchester

"One filming day a month and we never think about content again. Our old agency needed more of my time than doing it myself would have."

OWOwnerHospitality group, Liverpool

"The monthly report is one page. I read all of it, every time, which I never did with the previous forty-slide version."

FAQ

The questions we get every week.

Do you post on our behalf?
If you want us to. Some clients hand the accounts over completely, others approve every post first, and plenty sit somewhere in between. We agree the approval flow in week one and build the calendar around it, so nobody is ever waiting on an unclear sign-off.
How many videos do we actually get?
Twelve a month on Kickstart, twenty-eight on Always On, forty-five or more on Full Channel — all finished, captioned and delivered in every ratio the channel needs. We would rather commit to a number and beat it than promise "unlimited" and quietly ration it.
Do we need to be on camera?
Not necessarily, but it helps enormously — founder and employee-led content outperforms brand-account content on almost every channel we run. If nobody wants to appear, we build around product, process and customers instead, and we will be honest that it is a harder route.
What if a channel is not working?
We will tell you, usually within a quarter, and recommend stopping. Three of our current clients dropped a channel on our advice and all three improved. An agency that never recommends doing less is an agency being paid to do more.
Do you work with our paid media agency?
Regularly. We produce the creative and they buy the media, which is a clean split that works well. We will share the testing matrix and the performance read-outs directly with them so nothing gets lost between the two of us.
Where do you film?
Your premises, our Liverpool studio, or on location. UK travel to filming days is included in every package — no mileage line, no surprise overnight charge. Anywhere requiring a flight is agreed and costed before you commit.
How long before it works?
Short-form reach usually moves within six weeks because it is not follower-dependent. Community growth and conversion take a quarter or two. Anyone promising you virality in a fortnight is selling something we would not buy.
